We had some special volunteers preparing the school field for the upcoming greenspace project. A number of students came to the school after their soccer games to add a little muscle to the project. Wanting to ensure the safety of the donor walk from the fundraising project which brought us the play-structure, students and parents met at the school to move paving stones from the school grounds. The paving stones will be incorporated into the new project to ensure we continue our history of honouring our hard working volunteers and donors.
Thanks Jaguars, you are awesome!

Earlier in the week students visited local businesses and asked if they would wear pink on April 22 to partner with J. A. Cuddy School on Pink Day to raise awareness of Bullying. On Wednesday the school was a sea of pink as students wore pink and talked about kindness and and how they can make a difference in the world.
Some of our leadership students joined forces with Ms. Penner our guidance counsellor and visited the classes to give a presentation on Pink Day.
It is always great to see our older students taking an active part in educating our younger students. It was also great to see the community supporting our activities by wearing pink to work. Thank you to everyone who wore pink on Wednesday.
